Ted's Hot Buttered Rum

1.5 oz mid-grade rum (e.g. Bacardi 8 year)
3 tsp sugar
1 tsp butter, salted
3 oz boiling water

If you use cheap rum, e.g. the regular Bacardi, you might need to add another tsp of sugar to offset the bitterness.

Felix Family Stuffing Recipe

1 pkg Wonder Bread Stuffing or Pepperidge Farm (seasoned)
1-1/2 cups celery
1 carrot grated
1/2 onion grated
3 eggs
1 lb sausage - cooked, drained, crumbled
3 pats of butter
1 apple
little parsley
2-1/2 tsp sage
salt & pepper
1 tsp poultry seasoning
raisins (small box)
milk to moisten
