Sean Dawson of the Devil-Metal band "Last Supper" introduced me
to Debbie's music. I immediately became a fan after learning to play several
of her hits on guitar. After that I made sure all my Heavy Metal
cover bands did metal versions of Debbie's tunes. No one ever
recognized them as Debbie's when we got done with them.Barb plays flute, so I have to keep her flute in working order.

Burkart-Phelan, Inc. - To repair a flute without these guys' book, "The Complete Guide to the Flute and Piccolo" would be insane. This is the flute repair bible. They also have a video that is OK. It presents a subset of the material in the book, and lets you see how things come apart and go together. Wish it were on DVD so you could more easily freeze frame and reverse without wearing out the tape.

I tuned a couple of other people's pianos. I would never tune my own.
